Forum Request to merge two LogoGround accounts

I had completely forgotten that I had created an account with LG a few years ago, using an email that I rarely checked.

A few days ago when I was in need of data from an old email, I was surprised to find an email notification from LG that one of my logos had been successfully sold, but unfortunately the notification was a few days old so I couldn't reply to it.

When I opened the email from LG, I felt confused because I did not think that I had an LG account with that email address, until finally I opened the link and saw the logos uploaded to the account, my memory finally opened ... It turns out that it's true, ... that's right, this is my account that I created a few years ago, but I forgot and really don't remember making it, even I don't remember what the password is at all.

After several attempts using some passwords from memory, I finally managed to log into my old LG account...

My question is,...can you help me delete the account, as well as insert the logo that was uploaded on the old account into my existing account?

Hi Bikin Logo,

Yes, we can merge the two accounts for you. The logos will be moved to the account you specify. The designer reputation in the empty account will be lost. It is not transferred. Badges awarded for a specific logo will transfer with the logo, for example badges awarded for achieving a likes or views milestone. Other badges will not transfer, for example badges for community reviews and forum participation.

To merge your accounts, contact us at support@logoground.com and be sure to indicate which account(s) should move to which.

Note that this will not be done immediately. It may take a week or two before the two accounts are merged.

Support will usually respond within a day or two. If it takes longer we can assume that your email did not reach us, or that the response from support did not reach you. Please resend.

I've sent a request to merge 2 accounts to LG admin, from this email strangertype.studio@gmail.com. But only the username has changed, is that okay??, or will it take about a week or 2 weeks until all logo transfered into one account?

Hi Rdartmaker,

I see other merge requests, which have been completed, but I don't see yours. It looks like your emails might not be getting through.

Please post here the names of the two accounts and indicate clearly which account gives and which accounts receives the logos. You must be logged into the account that gives the logos when you post. I'll then complete the move for you.

I have sent an email regarding the transfer of my logo.

and in my email I also explained the possible link that they use to sell their logo to avoid unwanted things such as reports because the account is not the same and so on.

Maybe it will take a long time for me to be able to create a logo again because I am busy with work in the field and my children will continue to create my logo and their logos under my supervision.

Bikin Logo, the process is not immediate, but if support received the necessary info from you the accounts will be merged soon.

Note that the email to support must be sent from your email address shown in the account that gives the logos, not the account that receives the logos.
