How do I become eligible for payments?

Upload good logos!

When you upload logos (that are approved) your LogoGround designer ranking increases. When your reputation reaches 20 you automatically advance to the Silver designer rank and become eligible to receive payments, provided there are no issues/problems with your account.

Reaching Silver isn't very hard! On average you gain about 1.2 reputation points per approved logo and lose about 0.8 per declined logo. If you have no declined logos, 17 uploads should be enough to get the job done.

You can't see your points anywhere, but you can more or less calculate them. See this video for details: Ranking Explained

Why aren't designers eligible from day one?

This feature is part of our bigger effort to keep LogoGround pristine, free from fraud of any kind and geared towards professional logo designers.

I'm Silver, but still not eligible?!

There might be a problem with your account. Maybe you uploaded a logo that earned you a warning. That kind of thing will set you back. Keep uploading good logos. You'll get there soon.

What if I never become eligible?

If you can not or don't want to keep uploading more logos we will still pay you for your sales, but then your payment will be delayed. Normally payments are sent within a month (or within one day for expedited payments), but if you are not eligible for payments then your payment will only be sent after 180 days.
